Winterization Services
- Re-key doors with new locks per client's request
- Disable all other exterior locks as needed
- Secure garage doors and gates
- Utilize hasp and padlock if door locks cannot be installed
- Install coded/custom-coded lock boxes
- Board/Secure property as needed, clear boarding available
- Complete documentation with photos of personal belongings and trash at the property
- Remove and store personal property as requested per client
- Detail documentation with photos of all personal property being moved to the storage facility
- Remove all interior and exterior debris from the property
- Complete initial lawn and yard services, including spring clean-up, mow and trim, or snow removal depending on current season
- Initial sales cleanings, including all standard janitorial services per client’s needs
- Perform winterization services
- Roof, wall, or other tarping necessary to weatherize property
- Repair or eliminate any safety hazard issues
- Secure fencing surrounding pool/Jacuzzi
Outdoor Services
- Mow, trim, and edge on recurring schedule as requested by client
- Remove clippings and air sweep as needed
- Before and after documentation with photos
- Snow removal as seasons require
Winterization Services
- Protect properties against freeze damage according to local codes and ordinances and adhering to the very highest quality standards
- Dry, wet, steam or radiant heat winterizations will be completed, depending on the type of the system
- Work includes pressure draining the entire plumbing system, draining hot water heater(s), disconnecting and tagging water source(s), installing non-toxic antifreeze in all traps, appliances, bowls and fixtures, as needed, and leaving visual markers reminding that winterization services have taken place
- Drive-by services to ensure that properties are still secure, maintained, and safely winterized per client's request
